Green Meeting Packages

As part of our ongoing green commitment with have created the perfect meeting packages offering a more sustainable way to your conference and events needs.

Our Boardroom and Directors suites are situated on the third floor, flooded with natural daylight and equipped with energy-efficient (LED) lighting and heating.

All of our meeting rooms are equipped to offer a paperless experience, offering TV screens, projectors and high speed WI-FI.

And where paper is absolutely necessary, our meeting space and hotel has recycle stations to ensure any possible waste is reused again in the future.

We supply filtered water stations for delegates to top up there reusable water bottles.

Transport

The hotel is located in the heart of Coventry City, we do not offer onsite car parking and encourage our delegates to use public transport. The nearest national rail station is 0.6 miles away, just a 16 minute walk. The bus station is located 0.3 miles and just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Wellbeing and Rest bite

Your wellbeing is very important, and we encourage delegates to take time away from the conference, to stretch their legs and get fresh air. Located within a 10 minute walk of the hotel is Nauls Mill Park, the perfect setting for a refreshing walk to clear your head. Also located within the hotel is our roof top bar with views of Coventry City skyline.
